Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using pallekala.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Products and listings
We strive to display product descriptions, images, weights, and prices accurately. However, minor variations in colour or texture of handcrafted or natural products are normal and not considered defects. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
Ordering and payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Cash on delivery (COD) is available in select pincodes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 days for express delivery in eligible locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or weather conditions. Free delivery is applicable on orders above ₹499.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products. Perishable products (vegetables, fresh goods) are not eligible for return but may be replaced if found damaged. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product photographs and descriptions — is the property of Pallekala and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
