Product inspection
Once we receive the product, our team inspects it within 24 hours.
Refund processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Expired product delivered
- Missing items in order
